Our Story
Founder of Virili Built LLC, Chris Virili began his journey in the construction industry in 2003, with a passion for becoming a skilled, hands-on craftsman. Over the years, he built his experience by learning every aspect of the construction process—from start to finish—working on custom homes, remodels, additions, and more throughout San Diego County.
As the Virili family grew, with a wife, two daughters, and a son, so did Chris’s vision for the future. Virili Built LLC was founded in 2018, and shortly after, Chris made his debut on HGTV’s House Hunters Renovation.
Since then, Virili Built has continued serving homeowners throughout San Diego County, specializing in new construction, ADUs, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, custom carpentry, and full renovations.
In 2025, the Virili family took a leap of faith and made the move from California to Knoxville, Tennessee, bringing their years of construction experience and passion for quality craftsmanship to East Tennessee.
Today, Virili Built LLC proudly serves the Knoxville area and surrounding communities, while continuing to maintain strong roots in California. In addition to remodeling and custom construction, we also buy, renovate, and sell homes, transforming properties into quality, beautifully designed homes. Our custom work allows us to build cabinetry and other features specifically for each space, maximizing both functionality and value.
